Declaration

    On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Women’s office of the General Secretariat of the Kurdish National Council revived the occasion by holding a festival of speech and artistic concert in the city of Qamishlou next to the municipal stadium attended by many women and political events in the city. After the festival began with songs and women chantings ,a police patrol if the party pyd, prevented the completion of the ceremony and harassment of the organizers of the ceremony and uttered words of treason to the leadership of the Council.
We in the General Secretariat of the Kurdish National Council in Syria strongly condemn these practices of intimidation by the security services of the pyd, and it shows the falsity of their claims that they allowed the political activity of the parties of the Council, and emphasize that these practices will not discourage the leaders of the Council and the masses to move forward in their national project in Kurdistan Syria , And we call on our people to actively participate in all the events to be held by the Council in March.
